Samir’s place is great. The house is easy to find, and the room as well as the shared area are spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and without any issues.
What I would like to highlight is the host himself. Samir was really responsive and great. I booked the accommodation without looking into where it is located. After I shared the address with my mum, she freaked out because Kingman Park has a mixed reputation. I shared my concerns with Samir, and he was super responsive and answered all my questions. After that, I arrived at his place feeling calm, and I have to say the location of this accommodation is great. I did not have a weird feeling about the area or feel unsecure. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. Nothing.

The room was extremely clean and exceptionally comfortable, and the owner (Samir) was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Even though the neighbourhood was very lovely, the location was a bit far from the city centre, and I used Uber every time I wanted to go into town.

Amazing facilities for a single traveller or couple. Above and beyond what was advertised. Public transportation just across the road and a lot of stores only a 10 or 15 walk away.
Amazing value if you're needing to be near the National Mall for any reason I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. But alas I have to move on from this trip.

I absolutely loved the place… the location is perfect, and the property itself is charming, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. The check-in was easy, the space was super clean, filled with beautiful natural light, and in a fantastic location with the bus right on the corner. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. N/A
