I may occasionally access shared upstairs areas between 10 AM and 2 PM for cleaning, turnovers, or guest support, always quietly and respectfully. Exterior security cameras are at the front, back, and side of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

The room was extremely clean and exceptionally comfortable, and the owner (Samir) was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Even though the neighbourhood was very lovely, the location was a bit far from the city centre, and I used Uber every time I wanted to go into town.

The home was amazing. It was the best weekend, since it was my first time visiting DC and everything fun was close in walking distance. Definitely would recommend staying here if visiting DC in the near future.

I booked a last minute trip to DC and so happy I stumbled upon this home! Everything was perfect. Check in was simple and clear, the room, bathroom and shared spaces were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Samir’s communication was excellent. Was always responsive and the instructions were very clear and helpful! Will recommend to friends!
