I may occasionally access shared upstairs areas between 10 AM and 2 PM for cleaning, turnovers, or guest support, always quietly and respectfully. Exterior security cameras are at the front, back, and side of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Amazing facilities for a single traveller or couple. Above and beyond what was advertised. Public transportation just across the road and a lot of stores only a 10 or 15 walk away. Amazing value if you're needing to be near the National Mall for any reason I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. But alas I have to move on from this trip.

Went on a last minute Solo trip to DC. Samir was incredibly responsive, and helpful. The bnb is nice and modern. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance that I also enjoyed. I loved being able to use the washer and drier, after traveling for so long. Really great spot for solo travelers or even for 2
